Rosanne has worked in the field of Records and Information Management for over 35 years.  She has been managing Cargill’s Records Retention Schedules since 2008.  She holds a B.S. degree from St. Cloud State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.  She earned an MSL from the University of St. Thomas Law School, focused on Organizational Ethics and Compliance.  She is a Certified Records Manager (CRM) and Certified Information Professional (CIP).

She partners across business and technology functions to modernize records management practices, applying AI and automation to strengthen information protection, support regulatory compliance, and improve operational efficiency. She holds a Paralegal degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College and is a Certified Records Analyst.

 

 

 

 

 

Sara Bench, CRA - Information Security Analyst, Principal Financial Group

Sara manages enterprise records programs supporting strategic
alignment and cross-functional collaboration. With a background in
mass communication and international market management, she brings
over five years of global RIM experience. She leads the ARMA Iowa
