Highlights from the Past Year (2025-2026):
This past year has been one of significant progress and modernization. We successfully:
- Transitioned to a new, streamlined website via the Star Chapter platform, including the standardization of chapter logos for a consistent brand image. (www.trincitiesARMA.org)
- Hosted a successful series of events, including 5 virtual and 3 in-person events, with an average attendance of 35-40 people per meeting.

- 10/14/2025 -Virtual – The Retooling of the RIM Professional
- 11/4/2025 – Fall Conference in-person Pinstripes (AI – What’s Next, Strategic Records Management, Unstructured Date workflow and processes, The Content Threat Landscape)
- 1/13/2026 – Intersection of eDiscovery and Records Management virtual.
- 2/10/2026 – Virtual ND Chapter collaboration – How to Build a Software Ready Retention Schedule for EDRMS
- 3/26/2026, Spring Conference half-day in-person on-site at Cargill with IAPP Roundtable discussion Legal and Records Management
- 5/12/2026 - TC ARMA Federal Reserve in-person tour.

Highlights for This Year (2026-2027):
We are working on the registration process for our 2026-2027 program year, and we will get registration information sent out as soon as we can.
As part of our 2026-2027 plans, we have also decided to switch platforms from Star Chapter to Membership Toolkit.
We are also working on an option to let you register for the entire year up-front. More information will be coming out soon.

- I (Bob) have a new job, and due to this new role, am stepping down as TC ARMA board president as of August 2026. It has been a special year, and I appreciate the friendships gained and insight learned around the importance of records management processes and operations.
- We are looking for a few more people to add to this year's board. Specifically, we are looking for at least one person to fill the role(s) of President or Treasurer, but also willing to add persons interested in President-Elect or Assistant Treasurer. If you are interested in discussion these options, please reach out to our current Board Chair: Mary Waytashek.
